Thank you for your first order and for taking the time to leave your review! Yes, in your case, the shipping costs are particularly high compared to the amount of your order. This is due to the fact that the order had to be shipped on a pallet because it included a fragile item (Haribo display). This is the only way for it to arrive in perfect condition. And given your geographical location and the distance from our depot (pallet carriers charge by the km), the bill is high. Parcel shipments (via GLS) are not at all at this rate, and what's more, for orders over €500 in your area, transport is free.

Hello Sir/Madam On the whole, everything went well. Delivery time respected, order tracking very good. Order content correct. My only complaint was that the boxes were all damaged at the bottom. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

Beware of product composition: I had asked for E129-free cables, and you called me to certify the absence of E129. However, on the boxes of some cables, the E129 did not appear, paradoxically, on the packaging, but was stamped on the transparent top of the packaging. Otherwise everything else was ok, preparation, transport, delivery times...

We have enough quantity to choose a normal box and when we sell damaged boxes, it's with big discounts and with the mention "déclassé". If the box has arrived damaged, it's because despite our efforts to pack our parcels well, our protection was not sufficient to withstand the sometimes "violent" conditions of transport.
