the delivery time was correct. but the boxes were placed on a completely rotten pallet (perhaps stored under water...?) and one of the boxes was delivered completely torn, with the cans which were without packing, and which fell on the ground... thus half of the bag of lost, and the others inconsommables, because dirty... I made a complaint by mall on the site, I await to see what they propose...

I'd like to remind you that transport is charged by weight and distance, and that as wholesalers working with retailers, our margins are limited. A certain amount is therefore required to cover delivery costs, which are never offered by carriers.

custom furniture manufacturer, I order 4 candy racks that according to the site measure 51 cm. I made the furniture according to this and when I installed the racks I discovered that they measured 52 cm! Giving false details about products is just unacceptable.

The manufacturer changed the model at the beginning of the year and we hadn't had any information about a change in the size of these displays. Our customers are mainly retailers, and no one had brought this information to our attention before you. We apologize for this error. Thank you for your first order and for taking the time to leave your review! Yes, in your case, the shipping costs are particularly high compared to the amount of your order. This is due to the fact that the order had to be shipped on a pallet because it included a fragile item (Haribo display). This is the only way for it to arrive in perfect condition. And given your geographical location and the distance from our depot (pallet carriers charge by the km), the bill is high. Parcel shipments (via GLS) are not at all at this rate, and what's more, for orders over €500 in your area, transport is free.
