If the goods are inedible or unmarketable, simply call us and notify our customer service department on 04 69 96 63 36. As you immediately informed us, as you were able to follow the shipment step by step thanks to our FLEX DELIVERY solution, we were able to modify and add the missing information. Well, in the end it was useless as you preferred to go to the GLS depot rather than wait another 24 hours. Please note that you can also change the delivery address or day yourself, thanks to the link we send you as soon as the parcel leaves our warehouses.

Sorry about the damaged cored cables. As we explained to you over the phone, the heat has made this product brittle, and as soon as the carrier mistreats the package, the cables break. To prevent this kind of accident from happening again, we only ship them on pallets during the summer months. We also hope that the solution we have proposed to repair this damage has been acceptable to you.

We use a service provider called GLS to deliver the parcels and out of the thousand or so delivery drivers who work for them (or for other transport companies for that matter!), some are not as reliable as others. For your convenience, we've opted for the Flex Delivery service, which alerts you by e-mail to the day and time of delivery, and lets you change them at your convenience. And to give the delivery driver the best possible chance of finding you, we've included your cell phone number... Despite our best efforts, sometimes that's not enough... So we're going to report this incident to our service provider. Thank you in any case for taking the necessary steps to find your parcel!
