Indeed, we do our utmost to protect our products because, as you may unfortunately have realized, transport conditions are sometimes very harsh for our parcels. We're sorry about your open bags. If the goods are unfit for consumption or resale because of their torn packaging, please do not hesitate to contact us to find a solution. In response to your interesting comments, we have already tested paper protections and they were not effective. The cardboard boxes we use to compartmentalize our parcels are recycled cardboard boxes in which manufacturers ship their products to us. We recycle! As for the scotch tape, even paper scotch tape contains solvents. To close the cartons, which often weigh more than 20 kg, we haven't found anything better yet. But we're sensitive to the need to preserve our planet, and we're listening to your comments. We will be attentive to the most ecological packaging solutions if they enable us to remain competitive and efficient.

We apologize for the 3 packages that opened or broke in transit. As you may have noticed from the many orders you have placed with us, we take great care in packing our goods, but despite this, the sometimes brutal conditions in which they are handled can still break our protection. As you immediately informed us, as you were able to follow the shipment step by step thanks to our FLEX DELIVERY solution, we were able to modify and add the missing information. Well, in the end it was useless as you preferred to go to the GLS depot rather than wait another 24 hours. Please note that you can also change the delivery address or day yourself, thanks to the link we send you as soon as the parcel leaves our warehouses.
