Thank you for taking the time to express your resentment and sorry to see that you are not fully satisfied. Your order was placed on Wednesday at 18:17. It was prepared on Thursday morning and picked up by GLS the same day. Based on the carrier's commitments, we estimate 3 working days after the package was picked up. The parcel was delivered on Monday, i.e. 2 working days after collection. Delivery times and maximum delivery dates are clearly displayed when you place your order. And if you have any questions about deliveries, our customer service team speaks perfect French ;) Because we're also sorry that you weren't able to have a conversation with the delivery man. But I imagine that GLS requires him to understand the French highway code.

As usual, my order was delivered quickly, and it's the only company I know that puts so much thought into its packaging! All the new cardboard boxes fit together like a jigsaw puzzle, impeccably, avoiding any possible shifting of the goods - it's really perfect!
Even if it's not 100% protection against shocks, my rather heavy crate (approx 26kg) had to be put down very roughly, (or another too heavy parcel put down roughly on top of it) because a rigid plastic box (fudge caramels) had really exploded, and a few caramels had come out of the box. I was able to recover the previous box of caramels and everything was back in order. Thanks to you.
