Response from Bonbonrama
Hello Xavier,
Thank you for your feedback and for your understanding regarding the delivery.
We are sincerely sorry that your pallet was left on the sidewalk. Even though this is the responsibility of the carrier, we fully understand that this situation can be uncomfortable, and we take it very seriously.
For future deliveries, we will work together to find a more suitable solution, such as setting up an appointment between you and the carrier, to avoid this type of inconvenience.
Thank you again for your trust, and see you very soon on our site!
Best regards,
