Bonbonrama consistently delivers a fast and reliable service with prompt, professional communication and attentive staff. Customers highlight quick shipping, secure packaging, and a wide selection of candies at attractive prices, ensuring products arrive in excellent condition and on time. The shopping experience is described as smooth and enjoyable, with easy ordering, clear site information, and strong support that resolves issues rapidly. The combination of fast delivery, thorough packaging, and responsive customer care stands out as a key strength across multiple reviews.
We're sorry if the delivery goes badly for you. In 99% of cases, they go smoothly and our customers are satisfied. But all it takes for you to be penalized is for the delivery driver (who is a subcontractor) in your area not to work properly. As you advise, we could change again (we've already tried) but we've found that no carrier, even the most expensive, gives 100% satisfaction in all sectors.

Hello, everything is perfect, but the boxes are too much to carry for a single woman, plus climbing the stairs with boxes too heavy Thank you.

Since I've been ordering from bonbonrama, there's really nothing to complain about Perfect packaging Fast delivery The negative point is that some references are missing, which unfortunately means that I have to order from other suppliers Otherwise, I highly recommend bonbonrama.

The driver insisted on delivering inside with his pallet truck, even though we told him there was parquet and linoleum... And when he left with his truck, he was a bit hasty, given that we're a leisure park and that customers were in the parking lot with children...

Hello, I'm very satisfied with your products, very well packaged, only one drawback, not enough choice for the 100gr Fini candy packets.
Thank you

Response from Bonbonrama
Thank you for your positive feedback! In response to your comment, we have the entire range that Fini manufactures in 100g bags and that can be sold in France. We had more 6 months ago, but we had to remove a third of the references because of the additive E171 (white or shiny effect) which has been banned. Once Fini has found a solution to replace it, we hope to expand the range again. See you soon!
