We do our best to protect our confectionery as much as possible, but sometimes the thoughtlessness of some delivery drivers gets the better of our protections. If the goods are inedible or unmarketable, simply call us and notify our customer service department on 04 69 96 63 36. It's always a good idea for us to know which bag has been opened, so that we can take greater precautions on future shipments of this product. What's more, we can offer you a compensation solution if any merchandise is lost.
