Response from Bonbonrama
Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We are glad that the ordering process and processing time met your expectations .
However, we are sincerely sorry for the delivery conditions you encountered. Finding your package left on the steps of the store, without prior contact and on a closing day, is absolutely unacceptable, and we completely understand your dissatisfaction.
Unfortunately, once the package is handed over to the carrier, we do not have control over their organization or professionalism, but please be assured that we will escalate this situation to the relevant carrier.
For future orders, please do not hesitate to inform us of your closing days, so that we can specify this in the instructions to the carrier or consider a delivery appointment when possible.
Thank you again for your trust, and we hope to see you very soon on Bonbonrama.
Best regards,
The Bonbonrama team

Very well packaged, fast, as usual, except that this time the GLS deliverymen "cleverly broke" the box to help themselves! bravo, these gentlemen are now stealing candy! Pathetic.

When I placed an order a few months ago, I won a Haribo candy display, which I received broken. Since then, every time I place an order, I'm told that I'll receive a new one, but I never receive it. It's a shame that customer follow-up is inadequate.
