We're sorry for the abnormally long delay, because even with bank holidays, you should have received your parcel in 3 working days maximum, and not in 6 as was the case for you. In this festive season, even if all our orders were prepared and delivered to the carriers within the announced deadlines, the carriers did not meet their commitments. Our customer service department will contact you to offer you a credit note to apologize for this delay.
