Regarding the halal Haribo range, you are absolutely right: the brand offers very few halal references, which unfortunately limits our possibilities. However, we are doing our best to gradually expand our range of halal candies, including with other brands known for their quality.
On the goodies side, we also try to offer them regularly when we have them in stock, often in the form of gifts or special offers to discover on our site.

Thank you for taking the time to express your resentment and sorry to see that you are not fully satisfied. Your order was placed on Wednesday at 18:17. It was prepared on Thursday morning and picked up by GLS the same day. Based on the carrier's commitments, we estimate 3 working days after the package was picked up. The parcel was delivered on Monday, i.e. 2 working days after collection. Delivery times and maximum delivery dates are clearly displayed when you place your order. And if you have any questions about deliveries, our customer service team speaks perfect French ;) Because we're also sorry that you weren't able to have a conversation with the delivery man. But I imagine that GLS requires him to understand the French highway code.
