Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry that some packages were opened in transit. We do our utmost to protect our confectionery as much as possible in the boxes. But despite this, the sometimes harsh transport conditions have taken their toll on our protection. But our customer service department is there to deal with this kind of incident, provided, of course, that you report it to us. Perhaps you didn't consider the damage sufficient to take the trouble to report it to us? As far as transport is concerned, GLS guarantees a delivery time of between 1 and 3 days, depending on the area in France. Your order was placed on a Saturday. It therefore left on Monday and arrived on Thursday, i.e. 3 days later. The delivery time is therefore on target, even if we're more used to seeing a 48-hour delivery time for shipments to the north.

In your case, our customer service department will contact you to find out whether any goods have been damaged. Next time, don't hesitate to make a reservation on the delivery note, taking a photo of the pallet. Our carrier (Schenker-Joyau) insures the goods transported, and if any sweets are damaged, you will be promptly compensated and suffer no prejudice.

We use a service provider called GLS to deliver the parcels and out of the thousand or so delivery drivers who work for them (or for other transport companies for that matter!), some are not as reliable as others. For your convenience, we've opted for the Flex Delivery service, which alerts you by e-mail to the day and time of delivery, and lets you change them at your convenience. And to give the delivery driver the best possible chance of finding you, we've included your cell phone number... Despite our best efforts, sometimes that's not enough... So we're going to report this incident to our service provider. Thank you in any case for taking the necessary steps to find your parcel!
