As usual, my order was delivered quickly, and it's the only company I know that puts so much thought into its packaging! All the new cardboard boxes fit together like a jigsaw puzzle, impeccably, avoiding any possible shifting of the goods - it's really perfect!
Even if it's not 100% protection against shocks, my rather heavy crate (approx 26kg) had to be put down very roughly, (or another too heavy parcel put down roughly on top of it) because a rigid plastic box (fudge caramels) had really exploded, and a few caramels had come out of the box. I was able to recover the previous box of caramels and everything was back in order. Thanks to you.

The delivery was not delivered to the requested address even though the store was open (the deliveryman tried to call me but we don't get a good signal). He should have gone to the store and called if no one was there.
