Hello, I really liked the order itself, but I was disturbed by the fact that the delivery did not arrive as expected in 2-3 business days, but took longer. As a result, the items were not available in time for my sales event. Additionally, the squid-shaped candies were crushed and did not look nice. Other than that, everything else was great, and I will be placing a new order this week. Best regards, Unus

However, we are sincerely sorry for the delivery delay and the impact it may have had on your event. Although we do everything possible to ensure that the announced deadlines are met, it can unfortunately happen that some deliveries encounter unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We will check with our carrier what may have caused this setback.
Regarding the squid-shaped candies, we regret that they arrived damaged. We will pass this information on to our logistics team to improve the packaging of these more fragile products.
