The payment security system does not allow me to order and pay at the same time on my smartphone. (Incompatibility of reading the security code sent by sms and maintaining connection to the Bonbonrama website at the same time).

Thank you for your first order and for taking the time to leave your review! Yes, in your case, the shipping costs are particularly high compared to the amount of your order. This is due to the fact that the order had to be shipped on a pallet because it included a fragile item (Haribo display). This is the only way for it to arrive in perfect condition. And given your geographical location and the distance from our depot (pallet carriers charge by the km), the bill is high. Parcel shipments (via GLS) are not at all at this rate, and what's more, for orders over €500 in your area, transport is free.

Hello Sir/Madam On the whole, everything went well. Delivery time respected, order tracking very good. Order content correct. My only complaint was that the boxes were all damaged at the bottom. Apart from that, everything was perfect.
