Hello and thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We will get in touch with you to try to understand why the dragibus bags were able to open so that we can improve the way we ship them. We understand your comment about the shipping costs, which are only a contribution, because the real cost is much higher. In fact, sending 35 kg of goods in 2 parcels to arrive in less than 48 hours costs almost 3 times your contribution. Our policy today is to keep our prices low, but to ask for a contribution to transport costs for orders under €500 (or €350 for the south of France).

No error on the order Apart from the dates where we know they are short or outdated, some products have short dates! Disappointed with the delivery because the deliveryman left the pallet on the road, and therefore not easy to get everything into the store while we have customers!!!!
