Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that the carrier damaged the pallet. In this type of situation, please do not hesitate to call us to report the incident. In your case, our customer service department will contact you to find out whether any goods have been damaged. Next time, don't hesitate to make a reservation on the delivery note, taking a photo of the pallet. Our carrier (Schenker-Joyau) insures the goods transported, and if any sweets are damaged, you will be promptly compensated and suffer no prejudice.

Very good site, excellent products. However, my parcel was delivered to my neighbor's house without telling me. I had to call the delivery service.

Thank you for your review and your compliments! Sorry for the small delivery problem. We use a service provider called GLS to deliver the parcels and out of the thousand or so delivery drivers who work for them (or for other transport companies for that matter!), some are not as reliable as others. For your convenience, we've opted for the Flex Delivery service, which alerts you by e-mail to the day and time of delivery, and lets you change them at your convenience. And to give the delivery driver the best possible chance of finding you, we've included your cell phone number... Despite our best efforts, sometimes that's not enough... So we're going to report this incident to our service provider. Thank you in any case for taking the necessary steps to find your parcel!

I was satisfied with the order and the delivery but I was dissatisfied with a product where the use-by date is not even one month...if I had known I would not have bought it: xipazos (star-shaped corn...normally these are 6-month dates, so I would have even wished for an exchange if it were possible.
