Thank you again for your order and your feedback! There are several reasons why we are obliged to charge a delivery fee for orders under 350 euros: our margins are very small, as we offer wholesale prices, and confectionery is a heavy, inexpensive product (3 to 10 euros per kilo). It would be impossible for us to offer these prices and delivery. We offer delivery on orders of 350 euros or more. Other sites charge little for delivery but compensate with higher rates. For Relai colis, the bug has been corrected, but the rate is practically the same, since GLS also transports the parcel to the Relai point.
