One product missing, I pay the same shipping costs while with just one product I wouldn't have ordered. Lack of seriousness. Do not order on the site

Very good, my request to change the number was well taken into account. However, the order took a very long time to ship, so do not order in an emergency.

Several items ordered around August 10 to make gifts, 1 short (for 1 birthday) showing 1 defect returned but the correct product has still not reached me. It's really disappointing. Best regards, Franck Martinez
