Hello, I placed an order for 4 items for the sum of 158 euros on July 1st. It is now July 13th and I still haven't received anything. This is unacceptable and unprofessional! Therefore, I ask you to refund the amount of 158 euros to my account and to keep your items. A bit disappointed upon receipt of the package, packaging too light for such a fragile order of cups. No protection for the cups and saucers. Result: 1 broken saucer, the box "dented" as well as the coffee capsule box slightly damaged.. For a gift, it's a bit embarrassing. However, I would give 5 stars for the person who handled my customer service. A really available and very professional person.

I am a loyal customer and am generally always satisfied with my purchases and shipments. It turns out that for my last order, after paying an extra fee for delivery in 72 hours, I received my package 6 days later. Too bad.

1 month between order and delivery! products supposedly in stock when the order was placed but we wait to prepare the order because some products are out of stock before preparing the order. Unacceptable delay, products refunded because out of stock when possibly preparing your order, even though the products were in stock when the order was placed. Big stock management problem for the end of the year and unacceptable delays between order registration and preparation of it.

The site presents well the selling articles but once the order is made and paid, we have no news. The logistics are terrible. On the same day, I made 4 orders online, yours was the slowest and the quietest, thus risky for Christmas gifts. It's TERRIBLE.
