Satisfied with this watch, it's a pity that delivery was delayed by manufacturing because it was supposed to be sent on November 20 and on your site the information changed as events unfolded. It then changed to early December and after January 2024. Fortunately, it wasn't ordered for a specific event, but despite everything, my order arrived in the morning, even though the post office had sent me information that it would be delivered in the afternoon. Fortunately, I was there that morning, especially since the package was signed for. I wish you all the best for the festive season.

I bought wine glasses but I am disappointed because they are very thick and therefore not possible to drink wine these glasses have no finesse

It's just that the parcel didn't arrive on the date indicated and I would have liked to have been informed of the delay. Having said that, I really appreciate the boutique's articles, which I buy a lot in situ, I find them very beautiful and of good quality.

The jewel was delivered in a plastic bag, whereas Georgette jewels are normally delivered in a box. You could at least have put it in an "Élysées" bag.

I am a little disappointed the package was damaged the president's card was in poor condition and a soap the rest of the order was perfect I am also disappointed by customer service who did not respond to the email I sent

The products arrived on time and were of high quality. There was even an oversight in the box, and the store sent it back to me at no extra charge.

Beautiful products and fast delivery. My only comment is that there is no proposal for gift-wrapping with a specific "Boutique Elysée" container, which would add a little extra quality.
