I ordered the Christmas ball, it is a magnificent piece. The packaging was neat and the little card with the President's message is a nice touch.

I am very satisfied with the products. Everything was well packaged except for the metal boxes of biscuits type Bretons, which arrived a bit damaged; it would have deserved bubble wrap in addition, like the rest of the items.

I regret that the merchandise is thrown loosely in the shipping box. An effort in packaging must be made, even if it's just a piece of paper or a bag to wrap the merchandise.
