The items are all very good but we were extremely disappointed to find that one item was missing from the parcel. Following our complaint email, this item was sent to us a few days later, but it was missing on the "D" day for my son's birthday party.

Hello! I received the collis and my husband was delighted. He was raised by a French grandmother and feels more French than Belgian :-) There was a small problem...I think I ordered socks for a 44 and I received socks measuring 39-42... plus the box of Breton bisquits is damaged at the lid.. and the bisquits are cracked... The articles are fine but the packaging of the items really leaves something to be desired - average kraft paper, especially as I'd had feedback on the shipments - perhaps you were overwhelmed by the orders......but no excuses.

Satisfied with this watch, it's a pity that delivery was delayed by manufacturing because it was supposed to be sent on November 20 and on your site the information changed as events unfolded. It then changed to early December and after January 2024. Fortunately, it wasn't ordered for a specific event, but despite everything, my order arrived in the morning, even though the post office had sent me information that it would be delivered in the afternoon.
