A bit disappointed upon receipt of the package, packaging too light for such a fragile order of cups. No protection for the cups and saucers. Result: 1 broken saucer, the box "dented" as well as the coffee capsule box slightly damaged.. For a gift, it's a bit embarrassing. However, I would give 5 stars for the person who handled my customer service. A really available and very professional person.
