Wrong reference ordered due to readability of the offer

I am a loyal customer and am generally always satisfied with my purchases and shipments. It turns out that for my last order, after paying an extra fee for delivery in 72 hours, I received my package 6 days later. Too bad.

Site whose user experience could be improved. I also received the discount on the first order too late...

One of the corners of the box for the "Automatic Watch - Élysée X" was 'sunken' (I went to Maison Élysée to buy another one, keeping the problem one for myself (I was of course offered an exchange or refund online, but the delivery and return times are too long to give this watch as a gift). The 2nd item, "Manchette Palmes Georgette", arrived in perfect condition, but I was thinking of buying the complementary "Cuirs", "Rouge/Argent & Bleu/Blanc", that I had put on alert (both unavailable at the time), but they are still unavailable online and at the "Maison Élysée" Boutique, the "coup de coeur" gift I wanted to make has become a flop ... ... .

Items received perfect as well as your customer care. The problem is with the postal service. I had to ask for an investigation to find out where the tracked letter was. I finally received it on December 4. Fortunately, I take into account their inefficiency when ordering. Would it be possible for you to offer different delivery service providers? Long delivery time for this purchase (given to Mondial Relay on 27/07 but only available in relay points on 03/08). Satisfied despite everything, the products were well packaged and met my expectations.

The articles are fine but the packaging of the items really leaves something to be desired - average kraft paper, especially as I'd had feedback on the shipments - perhaps you were overwhelmed by the orders......but no excuses.
