In line with expectations

The only problem is the delivery by chronopost, the delivery date delayed 2 times on the 6th then the 7th, the 10th back on the 7th.

As usual, everything is spotless

Perfect, compliant order, received well packaged and on time.

I thought I would receive 2 blueberries but not 200, I am a private individual not an association, I have nothing to sell for May 8, 2024, the number was not specified when I placed my order.

Some delay, wrong delivery but an easy exchange with after-sales services to solve the problem easily. High quality item.

Beautiful items, received on time. Too bad they don't offer the option of gift-wrapping or parcel service.

Hello! I received the collis and my husband was delighted. He was raised by a French grandmother and feels more French than Belgian :-) There was a small problem...I think I ordered socks for a 44 and I received socks measuring 39-42... plus the box of Breton bisquits is damaged at the lid.. and the bisquits are cracked... Fortunately, it wasn't ordered for a specific event, but despite everything, my order arrived in the morning, even though the post office had sent me information that it would be delivered in the afternoon. Everything was very well packed. Only (small) downside: I couldn't find the tracking number for the package.
