Super beautiful candles, I received one with a manufacturing defect, customer service was super understanding, answered all my questions every day and they compensated me super quickly, a big thank you to them! I am never disappointed with the products or the customer service!

Package received on time, complete order, it's just a shame that a candle's packaging is damaged (so we won't give it as a gift, we keep it for ourselves).

The items are very good. The jams are good except for the strawberry one. The chili gives a funny taste in the mouth and my husband ended up with the inside of his mouth all inflamed. The dentist said it was from the jam, finally from the chili.

I ordered a tea cup and a glass of apple jam. Both is made in very good quality. The shipping fee of 12 € for shipping the pruchase to Germany is quite expensive in my eyes.

I indicated that it was a birthday gift and I would have liked a more personalized note for that. Best regards

Happy to be able to contribute, however modestly, to the national heritage. Also happy to support the Malongo company, its employees, and its small producers, before seeing them swept away by the unscrupulous coffee speculators, whom we encourage through happy globalization.
