I had the four calipers restored with you, upon receipt I tried them all and they are fine. The car was immobilized for two and a half years for various reasons, when I pick it up one caliper does not work. I ask the concerned service, they do not want to know anything, it's my fault. Caliper purchased for almost 300€ from Brakestore. I had to go there because the delay was extremely long... on site I pointed out to the responsible seller that the model seems to be the wrong side, confident, he concluded that the caliper I had was mounted upside down and pushed me to buy. Ultimately, the truck does not brake and Brakestore refuses to exchange or any commercial steps... I had to pay for a caliper again and pay the garage for the exchange. Finally, the problem is resolved, the braking has returned as before, their references are therefore erroneous. I end up with an extra caliper at 300€ as a souvenir... I give 1 star for the availability of the parts.

After your order, you contacted us because you preferred to move to save time on shipping, on site we examined your consigned caliper and we realized together that the caliper was not the right one but the left one. Having offered to replace the caliper with the correct one, you did not want to wait any longer, we do not mount parts on vehicles so it is impossible for us to assure you that the assembly is correct without having seen the original caliper beforehand. We have put contractual photos on our website that help avoid this kind of error. As specified in our General Sales Conditions, we unfortunately cannot take back parts that have been pressurized as they are no longer considered new.
