For 10 items in stock and 1 out of stock, you made me wait 1 business week, and I even called. You continued to wait calmly for the last item to be available to send everything. When you pay the price, you expect a service in return. Item paid for in September received in May.... 8 months of waiting is a long time, let's admit that this can happen, as a craftsman I can understand but you shouldn't issue invoices that you are not sure you can honor. If I make a mistake with a client in my business, I apologize and make a commercial gesture, but well, apparently we don't all have the same integrity. Have a good day.

I had ordered a tube of ATF grease that arrived punctured because it was forced into a box too small to contain and protect it. I reported this issue and returned the tube, to receive another one, just as 'mistreated', but fortunately not punctured..... in the same box that was used for the first shipment... result, huge waste of time in my work.... is there a shortage of suitable boxes or simply an incompetent warehouse worker?...

The refurbishment work seems correct. However, a dust cover for the piston was not properly in place (I had to reposition it myself) and the banjo bolts left on the calipers during shipping were not returned, which prevented me from testing the assembly for a long time. Human error, but for old and specific parts, better control would be appreciated.

It was a complete refurbishment of 4 old calipers; I had some sealing issues on the bleeders, which remains a mystery, the calipers passing the test bench ... However, I had attentive listening, and received other bleeders that were suitable... I still do not understand the origin of the leak, but after breaking in the new bleeders on their seat, it seems to be fine...

The received parts are compliant but incomplete. After contacting them, I was told that the internal parts of the piston were not available and that I had to reuse the old seals and rings.... I then asked how to proceed, possibly by paying, and I was told: defense secret! So I activated my contacts to find a solution. When selling something, everything must be included, otherwise we are selling a service.... These people are not correct, I do not recommend them!
