The mug order went smoothly. Unfortunately, I could only have it delivered to a GLS address. When I went to pick up the mug, the package was supposedly not there. It took me three attempts to clarify that the package was not meant for the kiosk, but for me. So we opened the package and were surprised. In the end, I received the mug without packaging.
