Neatly packed, delivery time extended unnecessarily by delivery (GLS) to pickup store (only open Tue-Sat from 9-12). I would have preferred a home delivery.

Misleading presentation of the product and disappointing customer service The gift box was presented on the product page with Breton biscuits, and the description specifically mentioned 'galettes and palets'. However, the delivered box contained no biscuits. After my complaint, I initially received no response. It was only after a follow-up that I was offered either a 5% discount code on a future order or a refund of €0.42. I was then explained that the contents of the box could vary depending on stock and that the photo was not contractual. I can perfectly understand that packaging or a variety may change. However, I find it hardly acceptable that an item specifically announced is simply absent. The most disappointing part is not even the low value of the biscuits, but the way the complaint was handled: several necessary exchanges, unconvincing explanations, and no real willingness to find a satisfactory solution for the customer. This will be my first and last order on this site.

Products sent out quickly. But sell-by date allmost reached on most of them. From the packaging, it would seem that the Produkts had been left laying arround for too long.

I ordered 4 glasses as a gift, this is my first purchase at Breizh Odyssée, I am very disappointed, I only received 2 glasses, it has been a week since I sent the photos of my package and no one has contacted me to send the 2 missing glasses or to refund me, I am very unhappy.

Hello, I still haven't received my order, it is blocked, I called you yesterday and supposedly there was a missing invoice for customs, I was told they would check where it was and that they would send me an email to let me know, I still haven't received any response and when I go to track the package on gsl it is still blocked.

Harassing for a review while for now GLS considers not having received the package to send... Is inappropriate... to put it politely.

We never received the package, just a message notifying us of the return of the package to the sender. I did not receive a response to my message asking how to proceed sent on November 8 (order reference: ZGLSGEIIZ). I hope to get a response via this form.

Unfortunately, I haven't tasted the purchased product yet but delivery was very fast and well protected. I find the bottle super beautiful.

I cannot give you stars, as I have not yet received the package. According to GLS, it was returned to you on 12/9/25 and I don't know why it was not delivered to the relay. Sorry

Delivery problem with GLS, which absolutely does not concern its quality.
When I wanted to track my package, I was informed that it "cannot be delivered". 3 days before Christmas, this poses a big problem. Then on Monday the 23rd, I was informed that it had arrived. At the indicated address, a residential building. Nothing that suggests one could pick up a package there. At that moment, I started to understand.
The "parcel relay" is actually a neighbor-parcel relay. So individuals who receive the packages. Why not. But there, no indication. I took advantage of a person leaving the building to get in and look for a sticker on a mailbox, a clue, anything. Still nothing. I then took the stairs and on the first floor, I found my package on the floor in the hallway.
Anyone could have taken it, as often happens given the number of packages thrown in the common areas by obviously rushed delivery people. And if I were dishonest, I could very well say that I received nothing...
Online shopping is good, but I’m coming back...
