i still have not received my diffuser for my c5 corvette

Great price and very close to OEM. Paint finish was “ok” but not perfect. Some spots were not as evenly painted as others. You can tell the polisher dug in on some sharp corners. Biggest complaint is that holes did not match factory locations. 6 of the17 holes were shifted between a few mil to some as much as 1/4” off the mark. Not ideal but not an OEM price either.

Customer Service is horrible..took forever to get it, and won't fit if you don't grind couple places...then it will fit good

The spoiler was great but I was going to give it to my grandson for Christmas I wish it was delivered faster that is my only complaint it is a very good product and thank you

Customer service was excellent. When emailed I was answered with quick replies and answers. The product actually need more modifications then expected for the Price I paid.

First the good news: The C7 Z06 GTX Front Splitter is high quality and looks great. The bad news: It took 5 months from placing the order to the first shipping notice. From there it took 1 ½ weeks to receive it. for the first week, the UPS tracking app indicated that UPS did not have possession of the package. On the positive side, C7 Carbon sales did provide timely responses to all my inquires.

For the most part the products live up to there level of production. The place that fell short for me was the length of time it took to get the order. I ordered on October 8th of 2024 and finally received order February 26 of 2025, four and a half months is no acceptable.

Sent the wrong parts than what was ordered online. Took 3 months to get everything that was ordered. Quality is far below expectations for the price. I do not recommend this company.

Constantly lied to about when it was gonna be built.

I'm very happy with the product. I wish the time it takes to get the product was commucated better. It took close to 6 months to receive my order.

I appreciate that Carbon Fiber is a labor and time intensive process, but 17 weeks is a bit excessive for the size piece we ordered, especially when they take your money on day 1.

Order not received. Placed order and was advised that it will be delivered in 5 to 10 business days. Called back after 5 days and it went to 6 to 8 weeks. Canceled order via credit card for no one answered the phone. Sbop somewhere else

My order has had a UPS tracking number since November 26th and when I check the tracking it says they don't have the package yet and it's December 6th. When I call to check they always tell me it should be shipping in a couple of days.... I don't understand having a tracking number if they don't ship when they said my splitter was done and boxed up over a week ago.

We placed an order for a customer, item on the website showed "in stock" we received the 1/3 of the item about 4 months late, and the other 2/3 about a month after that. We were given the runaround multiple times by customer services until they stopped replying all together. The parts we received are not up to par with the oem as they state and show many imperfections and distortions in the carbon weave and finish. I will not be purchasing from this site again and advise others to stay away.

Quality is great, wait time is insanity. Would rather pay extra from RSC on the future and get my products in a week.

After reading a few reviews, I decided to purchase the front splitter & side skirts (5VM) for my C8 Corvette, Shipping took a week longer than first quoted, however the fit was OK and the finish was below what i would have expected for the finish. In the future I would consider a different vendor and pay more for a higher quality product.

In stead of 8-10 weeks it took 28 weeks. They also said that they would be a $50.00 credit for inconvenience which I did not receive.

I am not reviewing C7 Carbon, I am reviewing your shipper. The shipment requires a signature. When I tried to work with UPS they would not reschedule it for me or waive the signature without a fee. I will not pay a fee to reschedule the delivery. Very dissatisfied with the shipper.

Product longer then advertised to be prepared and ship tracking was given over a week before the product was even ready to ship and response time from customer service was lack luster to say the least would not recommend them anymore

Canards don’t fit I’m waiting on a response back

Ordered 2 products from C7. Got the first core support in decent time. The second part of the order were never delivered. Ask multiple times, and was told they are in the works, will be done next week, etc. Never received, and magically when i asked for a refund, they said they were finally ready to ship. This was after over 10 emails, and 3 months. While the product looks nice, the customer service is horrible.

Very disappointed with C7 customer service, was lied to numerous times when my order would arrive, and when it did arrive it was missing parts and the quality was not that great, when my missing parts came they were complete junk I had to call and get replacement parts, they finally came after delaying my project for a month, wouldn’t recommend C7 carbon for your C8 Corvette needs.

Took 6 months !!!!
