I am sorry but unfortunately I am very disappointed with your product, because it does turn on very well but when I turn it off there is a white smoke that has come out of my lamp (borderline toxic) I had to take it out and extinguish the wick with water.

Delivery was reliably carried out and the ordered products were included. However, the international shipping was inexplicably divided into two packages, which were delivered one day apart. Additionally, there were a lot of forms, delivery notes, invoice copies, etc. included - completely exaggerated - and a bunch of "plastic waste" used as padding. So everything is fine in itself, but delivery and packaging were unnecessarily resource-intensive.
