Regarding the 2 mm discrepancy you notice, it is possible that one of the ends is not fully inserted into the hub, or that a slight excess of material (deburring) related to injection slipped in during manufacturing.

The standard length of this hub should be 74 mm. We invite you to check if a simple push can reposition the end.

If the appearance is less "pretty" or less uniform, this treatment offers maximum corrosion protection and a lifespan far superior to that of a simple fine deposit. It is a technical choice aimed at robustness and longevity, rather than perfect aesthetics.

2. Foot that does not touch the ground (tilt)
The fact that the wheels do not touch the ground when the dolly is at rest is a deliberate and intentional feature in the design of many professional dollies, including ours.

The spacers are indeed removable in order to have a durable product and to be able to replace them if wear is too significant. 90% of the models on the market are designed not to be repaired when the hub deteriorates over the years. You have purchased a wheel made in France, very durable, made from recycled rubber, therefore ecological, and moreover, it is repairable at the hub! If the ring came out during assembly, it means you did not insert your axle in a centered manner, which caused it to come out of its housing. It only takes 3 or 4 seconds to put it back and does not affect the strength at all!!

We have the same model available with bearings; you actually selected the version without bearings which is cheaper, that's why.. We apologize if the product sheet was not clear? We simply ask that you return the package at your own expense, as the merchandise had to be picked up in Spain, near Madrid, but you refused to pay for the shipping. Our general policy accepts product exchanges without issue, and returns are free, but only from France. As for the marks on the floor, it would have been ideal for you to consult us beforehand, as your floor might be too fragile. Sometimes, on very soft parquet floors, a roller can puncture and leave marks. We apologize for this negative experience.
