Upon receipt, I wanted to mount the hinges on a 10 mm groove rail, according to the product description. Unfortunately, the four received rollers had different dimensions from each other. As a result: only one could possibly fit, the others being incompatible with the rail. I find it quite surprising that a product sold for a specific dimension can have so many machining variations. In my case, this simply blocked the project and made assembly impossible. I contacted customer service, which responded quickly and provided me with a return label without difficulty. I was also offered either a new shipment or a 15% discount on a future order. I commend the responsiveness of the after-sales service, but for my part, I ultimately had to have the rollers taken back by a machinist in order to finish my installation. An experience that does not make me want to reorder this type of product.

I bought a set of four wheels for a chair, two of which are equipped with brakes. Unfortunately, the two wheels with brakes do not work at all: the locking system is ineffective and does not secure the chair. I had to put back the old wheels to be able to use the chair safely. Very disappointed with the quality of the product. Avoid if you are looking for reliable and secure wheels.

Indeed, their tire is made of soft polyurethane to protect delicate floors. This essential softness means that the brake can slightly slip under the weight or impulse of a moving chair, which explains the lack of rigidity you noticed. For a chair, you need wheels that meet specific seating standards.
Although the product is not defective but simply unsuitable for your use, we do not want to leave you with a bad experience. I therefore propose that you return the set for a full refund so that you can equip yourself with compliant wheels for your chair.

Hello, I am sorry to be negative. Of the 4 wheels, 1 was halfway on the rail and 1 was on the rail, so a machining defect of the groove because the other 2 penetrated completely to the rail and rolled very well. At 4m high, I had to thin the rail. Not having a grinder and sander on site, I used a reciprocating saw with a metal blade. Thank you for the hassle!
