1. Burrs, finishes, and hot galvanization
You are right, burrs and rough finishes may remain on the plates. This is directly related to our manufacturing choice: hot galvanization.

This method involves dipping the dolly in a bath of molten zinc, which creates a very thick and uneven deposit compared to cold galvanization.

If the appearance is less "pretty" or less uniform, this treatment offers maximum corrosion protection and a lifespan far superior to that of a simple fine deposit. It is a technical choice aimed at robustness and longevity, rather than perfect aesthetics.

We apologize for the lack of clarity in this explanation in the product description.

2. Foot that does not touch the ground (tilt)
The fact that the wheels do not touch the ground when the dolly is at rest is a deliberate and intentional feature in the design of many professional dollies, including ours.

This slight tilt helps relieve the wheels during long storage periods (which is common for this type of tool), thus preventing their deformation and premature wear.

We understand that this may complicate the initial loading of heavy or low objects. We will evaluate how to improve ease of use while maintaining this advantage of preserving the wheels.

3. Axle and Wheel Spacing
The deliberately longer axle is not intended to make the current wheels adjustable, but to give you the possibility to install wider wheels or another type of rim in the future, if your needs evolve.

We take note of the lack of a plastic ring to compensate for the gap. Your suggestion is very relevant, and we will immediately forward it to our design office.

We understand that these technical choices, focused on longevity, do not correspond to the ergonomics you were looking for.

It may be that in some batches the rubber produces reactions related to the rubber salt present inside.
This can cause whitening that is unpredictable. We were not aware of this incident in order to handle a customer service issue.

Hello, we have been manufacturing this model for about fifty years, always in our workshops in Toulouse! We have the same model available with bearings; you actually selected the version without bearings which is cheaper, that's why.. We apologize if the product sheet was not clear? Perhaps you would like us to send you a bearing by post?

We regret this negative review, but we do not refuse to exchange the merchandise. We simply ask that you return the package at your own expense, as the merchandise had to be picked up in Spain, near Madrid, but you refused to pay for the shipping. Our general policy accepts product exchanges without issue, and returns are free, but only from France. As for the marks on the floor, it would have been ideal for you to consult us beforehand, as your floor might be too fragile. Sometimes, on very soft parquet floors, a roller can puncture and leave marks. We apologize for this negative experience.
