One of the solid wheels received has cracks on the tread. After an email to Caujolle with a photo: Their response: "it will not affect the operation". That is why, as we proposed to you by email, we formally commit: if in use this wheel were to present the slightest problem or prove to be defective, we will immediately and free of charge send you a new replacement wheel. You benefit from a total guarantee on this point.
We completely understand that the visual aspect of a new product must be impeccable for you. If this aesthetic defect poses a real problem for you, we do not wish to leave you unsatisfied. If you wish, we can send you a new wheel.
