Rubber is a natural and elastic material that can sometimes react to storage or transport conditions. That is why we recommend checking your items upon receipt: if a product is defective, we proceed with its immediate replacement.

We want to reassure you: this slight cosmetic defect has no impact on the performance, strength, or lifespan of the wheel. It is generally a small cosmetic irregularity related to the rubber molding process (the material of the tread).

This type of mark does not affect the load capacity or the quality of the rolling. You can use your wheel with complete confidence.

Hello!
The spacers are indeed removable in order to have a durable product and to be able to replace them if wear is too significant. 90% of the models on the market are designed not to be repaired when the hub deteriorates over the years. You have purchased a wheel made in France, very durable, made from recycled rubber, therefore ecological, and moreover, it is repairable at the hub! If the ring came out during assembly, it means you did not insert your axle in a centered manner, which caused it to come out of its housing. It only takes 3 or 4 seconds to put it back and does not affect the strength at all!!

I am disappointed to have had to buy 8 wheels because the first 4 lasted 3 hours before breaking, even though the description perfectly matched the use I made of them, not to mention that I had made spacers to the dimensions of my first purchase that I had to redo with the change of wheels. I think I will still contact consumer services to find out if all this is normal because it is costing me a lot.

We are sorry for your bad experience but as we have already discussed, you purchased a model without any internal bearing to mount on a mower that exceeds our recommended speed of 4 km/h. The load and speed generated heat and the plastic melted.
However, during our previous exchanges, we did offer a commercial discount on your new wheels because we understand that you are not a specialist.
Please know that in any case, if the new wheels we recommended do not work, we will fully cover this after-sales service.

The site is well made and very detailed. The order arrived late compared to what was initially announced (I take into account the public holiday) but it's not a drama, however receiving wheels that have already been mounted is inexcusable. It's not a storage problem if some of the ordered wheels are neatly packaged and others thrown in the box... After all, these are wheels that will get dirty but I ordered new items. Strangely, when you want to leave a review directly on the site, it doesn't work.

I have received the wheels. However, the roller bearings leave me perplexed: there are 7 rollers per wheel with an irregular spacing between them, as if 1 or 2 are missing. I suppose this is Asian manufacturing... I am rather disappointed with these bearings.

We have received your order, but I assure you that we manufactured the rim, the tire, and the end caps in our factory in Toulouse! The bearing is German and comes from the largest brand in Germany! You can disassemble it to see the inscription on it. It is a very high-performance model on which we have no doubts about its strength or performance!
