Rest assured that we never intentionally deliver defective products. A soft rubber inner tube can, however, weaken over time or have a manufacturing defect (1.5% rate on production), or it may be accidentally punctured during assembly.
If you encounter any issues upon receiving our items, please do not hesitate to contact us by email so that we can initiate a customer service process or find you an appropriate solution. In the future, we recommend that you consider our complete wheels: these are shipped already inflated, which allows us to perform the assembly ourselves and directly check the perfect sealing of the inner tube before shipping.

The wheel seems to be of good quality. The dimension for passing the axle does not conform to what was ordered. A difference of 2 mm. Hence the play

Regarding the 2 mm discrepancy you notice, it is possible that one of the ends is not fully inserted into the hub, or that a slight excess of material (deburring) related to injection slipped in during manufacturing.
The standard length of this hub should be 74 mm. We invite you to check if a simple push can reposition the end.
In any case, we do not want to leave you with a non-compliant product. Please do not hesitate to contact us directly so that we can analyze this together and offer you a quick solution.
