Regarding the 2 mm discrepancy you notice, it is possible that one of the ends is not fully inserted into the hub, or that a slight excess of material (deburring) related to injection slipped in during manufacturing.
The standard length of this hub should be 74 mm. We invite you to check if a simple push can reposition the end.
In any case, we do not want to leave you with a non-compliant product. Please do not hesitate to contact us directly so that we can analyze this together and offer you a quick solution.

Support for fridge on wheels. The support is made of plastic. Doesn't seem very sturdy. Already bends a bit on the side. I won't buy it again.

Following the issues we encountered during the first shipment, we received the product within a correct timeframe, but upon removing the protections, we noticed paint chips corrected with spray. Apparently, there are storage problems on your end causing damages that should be addressed in the painting room. It's disappointing for a respectable establishment like yours. React quickly before it's too late! The transport trolley, however, matches the description and presents all the guarantees of solidity.

On the advice of a friend, I ordered from you! The good point is that there is a team listening, but the negative point is the delivery too late compared to the announced deadline, causing disruption in the progress of the work and the delivery method with Schenker which outsources, thus further delaying the delivery! Being away on a construction site, I had to manage with the cargo bike delivery person!!! Hoping that my delivery and order are compliant!

Some burrs not removed on the plates, the foot does not touch the ground when the dolly is standing, making it difficult to load a piece of furniture ... forced to act as if we had a shovel!!! not practical at all!!! the axle on which the wheels are is too long ;; one might think that the wheel spacing is adjustable, as there is a small nut that tightens a ring .. OK, but between the chassis and the wheel spaced out to the maximum outward, there is no plastic ring to compensate for the gap, and maintain the spacing .. useless!!! This dolly seduced me when I saw it in a photo on your site, accompanied by flattering descriptions .. I am very disappointed!! I expected much better!! I need to buy several more, I will certainly not take your models back ... nor recommend them to other colleagues

You are right, burrs and rough finishes may remain on the plates. This is directly related to our manufacturing choice: hot galvanization.
This method involves dipping the dolly in a bath of molten zinc, which creates a very thick and uneven deposit compared to cold galvanization.
If the appearance is less "pretty" or less uniform, this treatment offers maximum corrosion protection and a lifespan far superior to that of a simple fine deposit. It is a technical choice aimed at robustness and longevity, rather than perfect aesthetics.
We apologize for the lack of clarity in this explanation in the product description.
2. Foot that does not touch the ground (tilt)
The fact that the wheels do not touch the ground when the dolly is at rest is a deliberate and intentional feature in the design of many professional dollies, including ours.

We have the same model available with bearings; you actually selected the version without bearings which is cheaper, that's why.. We apologize if the product sheet was not clear? Perhaps you would like us to send you a bearing by post?

Diameter 275 mm instead of the announced 280 mm --- I installed it anyway but the 5 mm was very important for me as they usually wear out very quickly and the brake disc touches the ground -- it's a soapbox.
