Hello, Unfortunately, our carrier has experienced a delay with one of their trucks and your delivery has been delayed. First of all, I would like to apologize for this delay in delivery. Despite our efforts to guarantee the best possible delivery, our carrier Chronofresh sometimes experiences distribution problems. I would like to inform you that Chronofresh keeps parcels in refrigerated hubs and trucks in order to respect the cold chain. To ensure this, if you wish, we can ask for the temperature curves of your parcel to be tracked. To assure you of this, if you wish, we can ask for the temperature curves of your parcel to be tracked. If you allow us to do so, we will contact you shortly by email for a commercial gesture.
