With the exception of one major oversight that made my friends uncomfortable, everything is perfect.

Response from Caviar de Neuvic Published on 01/10/2021

Hello, Unfortunately, our carrier Chronofresh has experienced a delay with one of their trucks and your delivery has been delayed by a day. First of all, I would like to apologize for this delay in delivery. Despite our efforts to ensure the best possible delivery, our carrier Chronofresh sometimes experiences distribution problems. Therefore, I would like to inform you that Chronofresh keeps parcels in refrigerated hubs and trucks in order to respect the cold chain. Sincerely,

Contact with this site is very easy. Perhaps the return for order confirmation is missing.

The product is delicious. However, the delivery method is catastrophic. Chronopost delivery is detrimental to Caviar Neuvic's brand image: you should change service providers.
