The store consistently delivers on time and with careful packaging, ensuring the products arrive in excellent condition and are easy to enjoy as planned. Customers highlight reliable delivery speed and precise fulfillment, with many noting high satisfaction from tasting experiences and on-site tastings that enhance their appreciation of the caviar selection. Product quality and care are recurring strengths, with mentions of refined, delicious caviar across Baeri, Oscietre, and Beluga varieties, plus attentive in-store service and welcoming, helpful staff. Relationships with customers are emphasized, reflecting long-standing appreciation for both the products and the personal attention they receive from the team.
Hello, I wanted to place my order before 31/12 but it didn't work with my password... I was able to place my order with the Neuvic caviar (which I've already had a chance to taste) among other things, but I haven't yet tasted the bottarga (thanks for the explanation on the phone).)I won't tell you about the scrambled eggs with fleur de sel and Périgord black truffle or the dried caviar, because you just have to live the experience... as my daughter says: "maman, you don't have to wait for a special event to enjoy exceptional dishes, eat them in front of the TV... thank you for your responsiveness, the parcel arrived well wrapped and well protected very quickly. I look forward to visiting you.

Buying on the site is very pleasant and easy: the different products are presented in the form of a spinner; you'd like to taste everything, but you really need to have the means to do so! Excellent products that are far from being democratized! Chrono-fresh delivery is impeccable! Overnight delivery! Nothing to complain about!

Perfect: order arrived in time for New Year's Eve, even though I had placed it after the deadline, and in excellent condition. Having left the region last summer, what a pleasure to find the excellent products of Caviar de Neuvic. I highly recommend

As far as internet sales are concerned, I can only express my satisfaction; delivery was on time and of impeccable quality.
I had the bad idea of asking for the same conditions at the Neuvic boutique where I had gone to buy a few boxes and to find out about the "tasting cards" and there I came up against the surprising rigidity of the sales staff in charge, which led me to place my order on the internet. It's a shame........!

Instinctive website, fast delivery, very good product ... but a bit expensive, and it's a shame that you can't choose your delivery day (this forced me to place my order just before the date when I could pick up the product, and not before).
