here are 2 orders apart and 2 errors on your site concerning the sender and recipient addresses. Fortunately they were rectified by your (good) care. The product is fine, and so is the customer relationship. BUT your site is NOT.

Difficult to find the personalization on the site...Otherwise thank you for the kind attention of having enclosed a truffle butter at the end of the date.

I'm just sorry that the courier dropped the parcel off in front of my townhouse, practically on the sidewalk! I hadn't paid any attention to the courier's e-mail the day before, asking me to let him know if I was going to be absent. But initially, I'd understood that he'd have to phone to set up the appointment, which would be more logical, especially as we're asked for a delivery date.

I ordered and received my order through "la ruche qui dit oui", order for Christmas, made and received without problem.
I visited your site at the time of ordering and have no specific opinion.

The products are of high quality. On the other hand, there was a small problem when taking the order. I had to call because I still had no news of the order I had placed online after 5 days. Everything was quickly sorted out after a charming and efficient young woman was on the phone.

A little disappointed with the taste of this caviar which had a little earthy taste that we hadn't had in our previous experiences. If you have any explanations, please let us know.

Excellent. The sturgeons seem to be well cared for, as is the environment, and the passion for a very good product drives them.

Very good site. Order easy to place and normally received quickly except that there was a problem with Chronopost. Chronopost postponed the scheduled delivery date by one day without warning, then postponed it again without warning, and in the end I had to collect the parcel from Chronopost 20 minutes' drive from my home'.
