I'm not a connoisseur, but two months apart I ordered the same caviar from you. The first time it was really excellent, whereas lately, and I say this cautiously as I don't necessarily have an infallible taste, I didn't like it very much and it even seemed to have a very slight vase aftertaste. I'm embarrassed to admit this to you as I'm sure you take the greatest care with your product.

hello i sent an email about a month ago without any news from you. the 1st tin of caviar was not good, the taste was acid and not good while the 2nd tin was succulent.

The delivery service needs to be reviewed: it is imperative to be there but with an amplitude of 4 h it is necessary to take a day off work! in addition 2 days in a row since the 1st day no delivery and warned at the last moment.moreover the product was not in a cooler.

If you wish, we can provide you with the temperature curve of the parcel. As for the time of delivery, unfortunately our carrier cannot guarantee a precise time of arrival. That's why we recommend our customers to be at home in the morning.
