Chronofresh transport is unfortunately unreliable, twice delayed by 24 hours without any communication to the customer. This seems unacceptable to me for perishable goods.

I'm not a connoisseur, but two months apart I ordered the same caviar from you. The first time it was really excellent, whereas lately, and I say this cautiously as I don't necessarily have an infallible taste, I didn't like it very much and it even seemed to have a very slight vase aftertaste. I'm embarrassed to admit this to you as I'm sure you take the greatest care with your product.
