The delivery service needs to be reviewed: it is imperative to be there but with an amplitude of 4 h it is necessary to take a day off work! in addition 2 days in a row since the 1st day no delivery and warned at the last moment.moreover the product was not in a cooler.

Hello, we're sorry about this delivery problem. Our Chronofresh carrier specializes in the delivery of fresh products. Refrigerated deliveries respect the cold chain until they reach your home. If you wish, we can provide you with the temperature curve of the parcel. As for the time of delivery, unfortunately our carrier cannot guarantee a precise time of arrival. That's why we recommend our customers to be at home in the morning.

Effective, but could be better documented on farming conditions to better understand the way caviar is produced in France.

After reviewing your order and delivery, we apologize and understand your dissatisfaction. We will also take into account the relevance of your comment. Until now, we did not send parcels to the post office on Fridays. As Monday January 1 was a public holiday, your parcel left our warehouses on January 2 and arrived at its destination on January 4.

Site not very explicit. I had to phone to get some explanations. I would have appreciated more details about the taste and why not suggest another alternative. Obvious lack of advice. CM
