Always very satisfied with the service However, I would like to point out that a few months ago you asked me to return a tin of wild white caviar and I haven't had any reply since.

On the site it is mentioned that for caviar osciètre short DDM qu'elle was two months guaranteed (still present on the site this day 29/09 the young woman doubted the phone to contact and told me it was good. In fact ordered on 20/09 DDM on the box 17/10/21! Not happy at all, hard to believe that such a DDM guarantee is left unfulfilled.

Hello Madam, We apologize for this error in the preparation of your order. Indeed, the short DDM of your osciètre caviar was 3 weeks whereas we commit ourselves to a minimum of 2 months. I will send you an email with a commercial gesture of compensation. We wish you a pleasant day.

It's not user-friendly: you have to be very careful about what you order: gram, price, etc. In addition, the delivery was cancelled without any warning. The service provider chosen to deliver is really mediocre in terms of customer relations. This is detrimental to Neuvic's image.

Hello, Unfortunately, our carrier Chronofresh has experienced a delay with one of their trucks and your delivery has been delayed by a day. First of all, I would like to apologize for this delay in delivery. Despite our efforts to ensure the best possible delivery, our carrier Chronofresh sometimes experiences distribution problems. Therefore, I would like to inform you that Chronofresh keeps parcels in refrigerated hubs and trucks in order to respect the cold chain. Sincerely,

The product is delicious. However, the delivery method is catastrophic. Chronopost delivery is detrimental to Caviar Neuvic's brand image: you should change service providers.
