Response from Caviar de Neuvic Published on 05/04/2024

Thank you for ordering from our website. We apologize for the problem you encountered with your order. Our consulting teams dealt with you on the phone at that time and we offered you a commercial gesture. I hope that this logistical problem will not affect your confidence in our company, and we have made our order preparation teams aware of the problem again. Sincerely, Caviar de Neuvic Customer Service

No delivery problems. On the other hand, the announcement that ended on 12/11 is not precise, since it does not indicate that the 2 advantages are concerned (use of the singular in asterisk).

Product too salty. Disappointed to find that this caviar comes from Bulgaria.
The delivery man demanded that I go down the street rather than deliver to my home.
Otherwise no problem with the cold.
