It was a bad experience. I ordered from this site for the first time. Instead of shipping my order to my address, the order was routed to a pick up point 30 minutes from my address. I am a senior and walking 30 minutes from my house is not an option. Customer service lied to me and ignored my request to mail it to my house. I will never order from them again. They are not to be trusted. One star rating is required otherwise my rating would be -0- stars.

The process was okay and smooth. I assumed (as described on the German sales page) that the product would be SUGAR-FREE. According to the packaging, it is not! This is not great for "CBD gummies" for sleeping. The reason for purchase was - sugar-free ... hence only 3 stars. The effect ... is still to be awaited.
